There’s something off about the families in those Super Bowl snack commercials. Based on a new sketch from SNL, the reason is clear — and it looks like a job for Mulder and Scully.

Last year, Vanessa Bayer spoofed the overeager stars of these snack ads with her “Super Bowl Activity Pack” for women, and now she’s back with a paranormal twist.

After hawking Totinos pizza rolls to feed the “hungry guys” in her life, she realizes something is serious wrong with the football fans in her living room. We won’t spoil the kicker for you, but nobody was thinking about those Totinos rolls as the sketch quickly became an ad for the X-Files revival instead.

Watch the video above ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl.

The original late-night comedy sketch show from the one and only Lorne Michaels.
