Frank Castle is ready to “punish” his enemies when Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil returns for season 2 next month. Ahead of the March 18 premiere, a newly unleashed promo pegged to the Chinese New Year teases the vengeful gunslinger’s debut.

“You’re work is not yet finished,” a voice says in the preview before exclaiming, “Bang!” While Charlie Cox’s Daredevil worked to become a non-lethal protector, Castle (a.k.a. The Punisher, played by Jon Bernthal) is all about serving up a fatal dish of revenge — and he’ll use guns to do it.

“This is a guy who pushes the envelope,” Bernthal explained to EW last month. “He’s brutal, but he’s coming from a place of unbelievable hurt. And the best thing about the character is he just doesn’t care. It’s a highly personal mission he’s on and if he offends you, it’s completely unimportant to him.”

Bernthal joins the returning Cox as the man without fear, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Rosario Dawnson as Claire Temple, and Scott Glenn as Stick, in addition to Elodie Yung’s debut as Elektra.
