It wouldn’t be the Super Bowl without a bunch of cute puppies. Jimmy Fallon continued one of his late-night traditions on Thursday by having a handful of adorable young dogs predict the winner of this year’s Super Bowl by eating kibble.

Fallon placed two bowls of dog food at the end of a ramp, one for the Denver Broncos and one for the Carolina Panthers. The puppies made quick work of the bit, piling on the Broncos’ bowl, leading Fallon to declare a landslide victory for the AFC champions.

Last year, Fallon’s puppies predicted a Super Bowl win for the Seattle Seahawks… which almost happened, until it didn’t. Panthers fans are encouraged to remain optimistic.
