Hans Zimmer is no stranger to scoring the Dark Knight’s cinematic outings, and he returns, alongside Mad Max: Fury Road‘s Tom Holkenborg, a.k.a. Junkie XL, with a new musical take on Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

A preview of the Batman suite from the upcoming DC Comics film has debuted, titled “Men Are Still Good (The Batman Suite).” The first listen, available below, retains some traces of the more bombastic work from Hans Zimmer’s scoring of the Christopher Nolan trilogy, though the preview delivers a driving sound with little in the way of a quiet moment.

Batman’s first iconic movie score came from Danny Elfman’s theme from 1989’s Batman, which has remained associated with the character, appearing in associated projects, such as the Lego Batman video game series. Zimme also scored Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel, while Junkie XL’s superhero musical work can also be heard in Deadpool later this month.

Listen to the theme composed for Ben Affleck’s take on Bruce Wayne and the Dark Knight below, in advance of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s release in theaters on March 25.
