Jonathan and Drew Scott have put down their paint brushes to pick up guitars.

The twin stars of the HGTV home-renovation show Property Brothers are making a foray into music, releasing their first-ever music video. The video for their country song “Hold On” features The Scott Brothers — their musical pseudonym — singing and playing inside a Nashville, Tennessee barn, interspersed with scenes of people traveling to reunite with loved ones.

“I think the story really does resonate with a lot of different people,” Drew told Entertainment Tonight, which premiered the video. “We wanted to give something that any family, or any person that travels, can relate to.”
