  • The Sleeping Shepherd has cast a quartet of actors. Michael Pitt, Imogen Poots, Isabelle Huppert, and Willem Dafoe signed on for the film from writer-director Frank Hudec. Inspired by real-life art thief Stéphane Breitwieser, who admitted to stealing more than 200 works in the 1990s, The Sleeping Shepherd follows a failed painter (Pitt) who decides to steal art instead of paint it. He’s accompanied on his spree by a bored rich girl (Poots). Huppert plays the painter’s mother.
  • Jim Gaffigan and Carl Reiner are ready to play Duck Duck Goose. In the forthcoming animated feature, Gaffigan will play one Peng, a bachelor goose who rescues two orphan ducklings. Reiner, the Oscar-winning actor and director, will voice Peng’s friend Larry, a sage turtle. They join Stephen Fry, Zendaya, Jennifer Grey, Molly Shannon in the film, from director Christopher Jenkins (Home).
  • Fresh Off the Boat star Constance Wu is heading up the indie You and Me Both. The drama from Jennifer Cho Suhr follows an addict (Wu) road-tripping with her sister in order to find their birth mother. [Variety]
