Larry David SNL promos: Bernie Sanders impersonator doesn't mind if you don't watch
Larry David is hosting Saturday Night Live this week but “you don’t have to watch it, don’t worry about it,” the host says much to Leslie Jones’ horror. He understands if you have something else to do.
David finds the whole hiring of him to host the show a “huge mistake,” as he explains in new promos. The show’s been on for 40 years, so he doesn’t expect his one episode to make much of a difference either way. Still, Jones refuses to let the upcoming guest host bail on their promotion for the upcoming episode, and David sticks around, if only to figure out why Jones isn’t flirting with him.

David appeared earlier this season, making the Internet’s dream a reality when he portrayed Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, who is just coming off a close Iowa Caucus race with Hillary Clinton, currently portrayed by Kate McKinnon on the sketch series.
Find out why Jones won’t flirt with David in the promo above, and learn just what exactly a Jones-fronted Curb Your Enthusiasm would sound like ahead of Saturday’s episode. David will host on Feb. 6 with musical guest 1975. Stay tuned to EW this weekend for a live blog and recap of the episode.
