Jeff Goldblum performs The Jeffersons‘ memorable theme song, “Movin’ On Up,” in a new Super Bowl ad from, which also features an appearance by Lil Wayne flamebroiling some burgers on the grill.

The spot follows a gospel choir moving into a high-rise apartment, and Goldblum himself is also movin’ on up: The actor plays the piano as it’s lifted higher and higher with the help of a crane.

The campaign, #MovinOnUp, intends to inform Americans that more people than ever are renting as opposed to owning. This is the company’s first Super Bowl ad, but not their first commercial, nor Goldblum’s first partnership with the apartment-listings site; in the spring of last year, Goldlbum appeared in a series of ads introducing’s new website. 

Watch the ad above, and see the Super Bowl when it airs Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
