Alison Brie’s newest movie, How to be Single, explores the lifestyles of single women living in New York. For the best possible experience, the movie was filmed on location in New York City. Brie told Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday night that this led to some funny occurences in the city that never sleeps.
“We spent a lot of time shooting in bars late at night and were kind of constantly surrounded by people genuinely going out and having a good night,” Brie said. “One night we were asked maybe not to return to our trailers just yet because there was a couple fornicating against them.”

Brie’s character in How to be Single makes a lot of bad dating choices. By contrast, the real-life Brie said she has not been on many bad dates (“I feel like I’m letting down the movie a bit”) but did have a stalker recently leave food on her lawn. Eventually, though, it turned out to be a non-human stalker.
“You’re sexually attractive to coyotes,” Kimmel said. “Who would’ve ever guessed?”
