Video of a young Vin Diesel reveals that the Fast and Furious actor is more than a witch hunter, family man, and a giant talking tree. He’s also a great Street Sharks salesman.

A clip of Diesel from 1994 has recently been making the rounds on social media (via Kotaku), showcasing the young actor before some of his breakout roles like the voice of The Iron Giant and as the star of Pitch Black as he promotes the new line of Street Sharks toys.

The man who would become Dominic Toretto gives the sales pitch at that year’s Toy Fair his all, demonstrating the punching, head-butting, and biting prowess of the characters from the ’90s animated series. Focusing on half-man, half-shark crime fighters, Street Sharks originally ran from 1994 to 1997, meaning Diesel was getting in on the ocean floor of the short-lived Street Sharks craze. And the passion with which Diesel has brought to life some of his most beloved characters truly comes to light in the video at the utterance of one simple phrase: “hand shark.”
