Just when the Radners settled things with their rowdy frat boy neighbors, a sorority moves in next door — and by the looks of things, they’re just as out of control than the guys of Delta Psi Beta. Maybe even more…

The new Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising poster (below) might be minimalistic — with just a single red thong draped over a wooden fence — but if leaving your underwear behind isn’t the sign of a crazy night, then what is?

Chloë Grace Moretz joins the cast as the Kappa Nu sorority’s HBIC and chief tormenter of the couple expecting baby No. 2. Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne reprise their roles as said couple, but this time they team up with former enemy Teddy (Zac Efron), and bring on their best friends (Ike Barinholtz and Undeclared star Carla Gallo) to defeat the girls next door.
