Courteney Cox could wind up on Fox — with a lot of money.

The network has ordered a script for a sitcom in which the Friends vet plays a recently widowed woman who inherits the charity of her billionaire husband, only to learn that changing the world isn’t quite the glamorous pursuit she thought it would be.

Currently in development at ABC Studios, a script for the untitled prospective single-camera comedy is being written by Robert Padnick (The Office), with James Griffiths (black-ish) on board to direct. Cox is also serving as an executive producer for the project alongside Padnick and Griffiths.

Cox’s last regular TV gig was Cougar Town, which ran from 2009 to 2015. Following Friends, she also starred in FX’s Dirt.
