Younger has been renewed for a 12-episode third season, TV Land announced at the Television Critics Association’s press tour on Wednesday.
Younger stars Sutton Foster as a 40-year-old woman who pretends to be 26 in order to get a job in the competitive world of publishing — though her lies began to unravel as the first season came to a close.

“Younger was a critical success and fan-favorite right out of the gate, and Darren Star and his team of writers have brought an even sexier, shocking sophomore season to the table,” said Keith Cox, TV Land’s EVP of development and original programming. “We’re thrilled with the show and what it’s done for the network, and we’re so confident in our viewers’ passion for it. The announcement comes ahead of the show’s second season, which includes a myriad of guest stars, including Matthew Morrison, Camryn Manheim, Kathy Najimy, Josh Pais, Martha Plimpton, Bobby Flay, Michael Urie, Ice-T and more.
Younger returns with an hour-long premiere on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 10 p.m. ET on TV Land.
