Tina Fey and Amy Poheler’s recent hosting stint on Saturday Night Live was full of Christmas cheer — including a rendition of “Santa Claus Is Comin to Town” from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band — but a cut-for-time sketch showcases just how dark the holidays can be when spending it with family.

Amy Poehler and Kyle Mooney star as arguing siblings who are sent upstairs to hash out their issues by their mother (Kate McKinnon). Their grandma is downstairs and only “two coughs away from becoming a ghost,” but all their mom wants to do is open presents as a family, so the two have to come to terms with each other.
