Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens

Star Wars: The Force Awakens has broken box office records and garnered rave reviews across the board (including praise from EW’s own Chris Nashawaty.) But what does astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson think about the franchise’s newest chapter? Unsurprisingly, he had a lot of thoughts, and took to Twitter on Monday afternoon to weigh in with them. (And if you thought he had quibbles about The Martian, be prepared for even more intense musings.)

The most critical part of deGrasse Tyson’s review isn’t an issue with science, however. It’s one that some of us can actually sympathize with: the inability to understand everyone’s favorite Wookiee.

Head over to his Twitter page to read more Star Wars musings. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is now playing in theaters.
