Christmas came early for Delaney Clements. The 13-year-old, who has been battling cancer for five years, got a visit from Taylor Swift on Saturday.

Delaney gained a large social media following after her diagnosis in 2010, and the hashtag #DelaneyMeetTaylor caught the singer’s attention. Upon meeting the young fan, Swift posed for photos with Delaney and her family.
