Seven months after learning Natalie Portman would play Jackie Kennedy in a forthcoming biopic, we now have our first look of Portman as the former First Lady.
Pablo Larraín helms Jackie, which is currently shooting in Paris. The movie will center around the immediate aftermath after the assassination of John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963.
Director Darren Aronofsky is producing Jackie through his production company Protozoa Pictures, reuniting him with Black Swan star Portman. LD Entertainment and Bliss Media hopped aboard Wednesday to finance and produce, according to Deadline, bolstering the team around realizing Noah Oppenheim’s 2010 Black List screenplay.
