So you read that headline and decided to check out what all the fuss is.

The fuss is Gene (Jillian Bell), a crass, out-of-control, spoiled twentysomething heiress. Her father, Kent (Stephen Root) — who is married to ditzy Tanzy (Jennifer Elise Cox) — hires a financially effed Ivy League graduate, Billie (Charlotte Newhouse), to babysit what she thinks is his 7-year-old daughter but turns out to be Gene, who is under house arrest and over the top.

Comedy Central will unleash Idiotsitterall over you on Jan. 14 at 10:30 p.m. ET, after the season 6 premiere of Workaholics (the very show from which Bell hath sprung). Created by Bell and Newhouse, Idiotsitter began as a web series but now has graduated to the small screen. But as you will see in the first trailer for the show, there is no growth or maturity here: Gene is boozing, smoking, snorting, stealing ponies, and just generally making Billie’s life a living, screaming nightmare.

What you won’t see in the trailer are some of the guest-stars, who include Randall Park, Chris Klein, and Andrew W.K., EW has learned. Park pops up as a fellow tutor on whom Billie crushes, Klein plays Gene’s favorite DJ, a.k.a. DJ Doghead, and W.K. turns up as Gene’s video gamer rival. Peeks can be sneaked in the photos below the trailer.

Oh, and don’t just (idiot)sit there like an idiot(sitter) — press play.
