It takes an actor of a certain stature to convincingly portray a character nicknamed the Mountain, but Game of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson might actually be overqualified.

Bjornsson, aka Gregor Clegane on the hit HBO fantasy series, stands 6-foot-9, weighs nearly 400 pounds, and once again demonstrated his physical prowess at a recent event for the traveling strength contest Giants Live in Sweden. There the Icelandic strongman set a new world record by hurling a 33-pound steel keg over an outstretched pole 23 feet in the air.

According to the Giants Live website, that’s “the equivalent of throwing a 4-year-old over three buses stacked on top of each other.” (Disclaimer: Do not attempt either of these feats at home.)

Asked about his keg-tossing accomplishment, Bjornsson reportedly said, “It was easy! I could have broken the roof. It was amazing to do this in front of the great crowd.”

Game of Thrones returns for its sixth season in April. Watch Bjornsson do his thing below.
