Brooklyn indie-rockers Ra Ra Riot have announced that they’ll release their fourth studio album, Need Your Light, on Feb. 19, 2016. Along with its announcement the band shared “Water,” Need Your Light‘s opening track and a collaboration with Vampire Weekend’s Rostam Batmanglij.

Batmanglij, who worked with Carly Rae Jepsen on her recent album E·MO·TION, also worked with Ra Ra Riot vocalist Wes Miles previously when the two released an album in 2009 as Discovery. “We spent five days writing just two songs,” Batmanglij wrote in a press release describing his work on “Water” and Need Your Light‘s title track. “I think we found that same freedom in making these songs that we had found years ago making the Discovery record, not knowing where it would take us.”

Ra Ra Riot released its most recent album, Beta Love, in 2013. Check out “Water” below.
