Kate Hudson is sharing her lifestyle secrets in a new health and wellness book called Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body, to be released by HarperCollins in February.

The Oscar-nominated actress has long been vocal about her lifestyle choices in interviews, and in 2013, cofounded Fabletics, an activewear company. She also occasionally blogs about fitness, food, and other healthy living topics on the site’s blog. With her new book, she hopes to continue inspiring women to make changes that promote “health, community, determination, passion and joy.”

“I’m not a fan of perfectionism. I think it’s all about finding the balance between enjoying your life and being as mindful as possible when it comes to your overall well-being,” Hudson said in a press release. “This book is not meant to be instructional, but I hope it provides inspiration and motivation for all of us who want to make a shift in our own lifestyles, helping find what works for us and allowing us to be true to ourselves in our individual journeys.”
