Fallout 4 launch trailer
- Video Games
Fallout 4 is less than a week away from release, and Bethesda’s latest launch trailer sets up the state of the post-apocalypse with the ever-present reminder that war never changes.
The new trailer establishes the threat of a group called the Institute that the player-controlled character is searching for in what is presumably the game’s main story. But Fallout is all about giving players control of their journey, and so the trailer also offers a peek at a few of the locales, enemies, and weapons players will encounter.
The trailer also switches between the male and female player characters, which, in a franchise-first, are both fully voiced (and it seems there was plenty to voice). Players will be able to experience the full adventure and create their own when Fallout 4 releases on Nov. 10 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
