Want to see Daily Show host Trevor Noah stand on a stage and tell jokes instead of, say, sit behind a desk and tell jokes? Then Comedy Central has the stand-up special for you.

Trevor Noah: Lost in Translation — which debuts Nov. 22 at 10 p.m. — features Noah tackling domestic and global events while “sharing his outlook on the world today, including terrorism, racial tensions in America and what it was like being African and traveling into the United States during the Ebola crisis,” according to the network. The hourlong special was filmed at Washington, D.C.’s The Lincoln Theatre.

The South African-raised Daily Show contributor who replaced Jon Stewart as the new host in late September performed several dozen stand-up gigs in America earlier this year, including an hour-plus set for TV critics and reporters this summer in Santa Monica. Prior to his Daily Show gig, the comedian hosted the late-night talk show Tonight with Trevor Noah in South Africa. His stand-up comedy skills were also on display in the 2013 Showtime comedy special, Trevor Noah: African American.
