W/ Bob and David police brutality sketch
Gilvin Daughtry knows his rights and wants to make sure you do too, even if he has to wear blackface to prove his point.
The newest sketch from Netflix’s W/ Bob & David stars David Cross as Daughtry, who wants to make sure his fictional viewers (who, guessing by the production values, number far fewer than those who will watch the sketch) know their rights when dealing with the police. To prove his point, he makes his way through a police checkpoint, which includes a cop played by Keegan-Michael Key. But then he goes again and again, attempting to cover new rules each time. When not even a cracked taillight provokes the police, Daughtry decides to put on blackface makeup, and things take a turn for the violent.

Watch the sketch above to learn all of your legal rights (vomiting, cursing, and not having to control your bowels are all fair game) when dealing with law enforcement. W/ Bob & David hits Netflix on Nov. 13.
