Alanis Morissette celebrates 'Jagged Little Pill' 20th anniversary on 'GMA'
Alanis Morissette has celebrated the 20th anniversary of her 1995 album, Jagged Little Pill, with special editions of the album, and on Monday she appeared on Good Morning America with a special performance of “You Learn” from the collection.
She singer also discussed the album’s lasting impact and her favorite song from the collection, “Perfect,” which, she says “still brings a tear to my eye.” She still wouldn’t reveal who the classic track “Ironic” was about, though. “I wrote that for the sake of having fantasy revenge versus actual revenge,” Morissette said. “If I wanted actual revenge I would have said names and addresses and phone numbers.”
Her interview and the performance of “You Learn” is streaming below.
