Jess Glynne released the new video for her latest track, “Take Me Home,” on Friday.

“I’m so pleased and nervous that it’s finally out,” she wrote on Facebook. “This is a song about the need to have someone who cares when you are at your most vulnerable. It’s an emotional song for me and I have to admit it brought me to tears filming the video, not because I was sad but because I was so grateful that I had someone to get me out of the dark hole I was in.”

“Take Me Home” appears on Glynne’s debut album I Cry When I Laugh, which she previously told EW was largely inspired by a “sh– breakup” with an ex-girlfriend.

“I feel I’ve written an album based on love and hope, an album people can relate to,” she said. “Yes, there’s a sadness to it, but it doesn’t let you pity it.”
