Following on the heels of Gotham‘s Mr. Freeze casting, EW has confirmed that B.D. Wong will recur on the hit Fox series asn one other than Hugo Strange.

As his character description reveals, Strange is the psychiatrist hired to run Arkham. Furthermore, it says that Strange has a secret that will eventually reveal him to be Gotham’s greatest threat: a man whose obsession with pushing the limits of the human mind and body has translated into secretly conducting horrifying experiments for Indian Hill, Wayne Enterprises black-ops program dedicated to creating the ultimate super human … or super villain. (Because, you know, you can never have enough of those.)

USA Today first reported the casting.

Gotham airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
