Guns N’ Roses guitar legend Slash loves horror movies maybe even more than he loves top hats.

The musician, who has his own genre production company Slash Fiction, produced the 2013 terror tale Nothing Left to Fear and is currently prepping another, The Hell The Within, more information about which can be found at the movie’s FanBacked page.

But what does Slash think is the ultimate film to watch over Halloween? “There are so many great horror movies that are appropriate for the Halloween season,” says the guitarist. “But I will go with Bride of Frankenstein. It’s a classic. It is one of the greatest horror movies of all time. It is iconic: Boris Karloff, Colin Clive, Elsa Lanchester, and Ernest Thesiger as Dr Pretorius are all instantly recognizable as world famous icons of the horror genre. And it’s a love story! Albeit a twisted one.”
