What’s a guy have to do to apologize correctly? A whole lot of writing across the world, apparently.

Justin Bieber dropped the lyric video for his most recent single “Sorry,” the musical mea culpa featured on his upcoming album, Purpose. A woman tries to endure her day but is encountered by messages she clearly doesn’t want to hear or read — the words of “Sorry.” She’s so upset, she’s throwing water around a sunny suburb in the midst of a drought!

Some of the lyrics resemble graffiti, which matches Bieber’s chosen medium to reveal Purpose‘s track list.
