Ariana Grande got Halloween weekend off to an early start, releasing her brand-new single “Focus” an hour ahead of its scheduled midnight debut.

Grande had spent the better part of Thursday teasing the release on Twitter along with the hashtag #FocusTonight.

“Surprise !!!! it’s here!!!!” she wrote on Twitter after the song dropped on iTunes. “I really feel like I just gave birth…………………. #FOCUS IS FINALLY HERE.” The track’s music video, directed by Hannah Lux Davis, debuted on Vevo soon after. (Unfortunately, Tom Felton doesn’t make an appearance.)

Grande revealed that “Focus” would arrive in September during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. It’s the first single off her forthcoming album.

Listen to “Focus” over at Apple Music and check out the video above.
