The actor who plays the Keating Five's Connor offers a killer teaser about next week's episode
If Thursday night’s installment of How to Get Away With Murder made anything clear, it’s that Connor is so over working for Annalise. So the law student cracks open a beer, sits back, and proposes that he and his fellow interns have an orgy.
In the meantime, Annalise is trying to keep all her ducks in order as Asher attempts to bolster Nate’s trial to save himself, the Hapstall case carries on, and Nate learns that his wife went to his mistress to end her life. As for the rest of the Keating Five, Wes tracks down what he believes will be Rebecca’s dead body, but when he arrives at the storage space with Michaela, Laurel, Connor, and Levi (a.k.a. EGGS 911 a.k.a Rebecca’s stepbrother), there’s nothing but a suitcase filled with cash.
“Meet Bonnie,” as the episode’s title suggests, also digs into some of Bonnie’s backstory, which she and Annalise hinted at back in the season’s premiere. We checked in with Jack Falahee, the actor behind the orgy initiator, to see what he thought about Bonnie’s big reveal and what the future holds for Keating and Co.
Favorite moment from the episode: Selfishly, I really enjoyed when Connor confesses his love for Oliver. I think that’s a big step for him personally and for the two of them as a couple.
Favorite moment filming the episode: We had a really fun time shooting the confrontation/drug bust scene. It’s always a good time shooting the active scenes especially when we’re able to sink our teeth in and verbally spar a bit in the moment. I also enjoyed filming this because I felt that the stunt team and camera department really made the intensity of the action palpable with some skilled stunt drivers and energetic camera moves.
Moment that made your jaw drop: The reveal of Bonnie’s history of sexual abuse.
Most suspicious character this episode (and why): Annalise. She’s holding some of Bonnie’s darkest secrets. Does she have secrets on all of us?
One teaser for the next episode: Someone dies.
How to Get Away With Murder airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
