Nothing says Back to the Future Part II like the Michigan State Police Facebook account.

To celebrate Back to the Future Day — a.k.a. Oct. 21, 2015, the date Marty McFly traveled to in Back to the Future Part II — the Michigan State Police posted a photo of one of its cruisers pulling over a DeLorean on the side of the road for speeding.

“Michigan State Police troopers stopped a silver DeLorean today for driving 88 mph in a 55 mph zone,” the post read. “The two occupants, Dr. Emmett Brown and Marty McFly, were given a verbal warning to drive more safely on Michigan roads. Dr. Emmett Brown responded by saying, ‘Roads? Where we’re going, we don’t need roads.'”

The random tribute was one of many that poured in this week to celebrate the occasion. Toyota reunited stars Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox for a new commercial. (“There’s a really strong mutual admiration between us, and I love Michael and the work he does and his whole personality. He’s an extraordinary person. We really enjoy our time together. It was fate,” Lloyd told EW.) Lyft provided users with DeLoreans, and USA Today recreated the film’s fictional front page.
