Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian divorce called off

Lamar Odom and Khloé Kardashian will not go through with their divorce.

PEOPLE reports that Kardashian’s attorney successfully requested for her divorce filing to be dismissed in the wake of Odom’s hospitalization.

“This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloé, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold,” a source told PEOPLE. “So that’s what she is doing.”

Kardashian and Odom were still legally married, but had signed divorce papers in July, per PEOPLE.

Odom, a two-time NBA champion, was hospitalized Oct. 13 after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. He was in serious condition, so much so that Kardashian and other family flew in to be by his bedside. Odom regained consciousness Friday and was transferred to Los Angeles for further treatment.
