Getting renewed for a second season only four episodes in is anything but Casual. But such is the case for Hulu’s original series. The streaming service announced Wednesday that stars Michaela Watkins, Tommy Dewey, Tara Lynne Barr, and Nyasha Hatendi will all return for a 13-episode second season.

“The Casual family came together quickly and bonded in a very real way both on screen and off,” executive producer Jason Reitman (Juno) said in a statement. “We’re all thrilled to see more of each other and continue building upon the adventures of Alex and Valerie as they attempt real adult relationships.”

In the first three episodes, recent divorcée Valerie (Watkins) and her sexually liberated teenage daughter (Barr) move in with Alex (Dewey), who survived a recent suicide attempt and started up his own dating site.

And Watkins promises things get even crazier than the brother-sister duo going on dates at the same restaurant, and Alex landing in jail the for buying cocaine with his sister’s one-night stand the same night his niece gets busted for throwing a house party.

“The first two episodes are like a mise en bouche, where you go into the restaurant and they’re like, here’s this little palate cleanser, then they hit you with that really rich food,” Watkins previously told EW. “That’s what the show does, after those first couple episodes, it just takes a turn.”
