Life is Strange‘s tense, thrilling conclusion is imminent — and now there’s an extended trailer for it.

The acclaimed interactive drama game, from the Paris-based developer Dontnod Entertainment, comes to a close with episode 5, “Polarized,” on Tuesday. Here are the basic plot details: “Max learns that time is impossible to control as she moves inexorably towards the most agonising decision of her life. Arcadia Bay, meanwhile, is preparing to weather a huge storm.” And if Monday’s new trailer is any indication, it should be a wild ending.

Episode 1 of Life is Strange, “Chrysalis” was released in January; EW called it “a flawed but intriguing first step” of the series. The most recent installment, July’s “Dark Room,” cobbled together a Metacritic score of 81.
