Ant-Man was full of slick heists and size-changing fight sequences, but its most distinctive scenes were probably the ones where Michael Pena’s Luis told hilariously long stories about how he acquired important information.

Now, to promote the Ant-Man Blu-ray, Disney and Marvel have devised a new version of those scenes.

Watch the video above, as Pena enthusiastically describes the DVD details — deleted scenes, gag reel, behind-the-scenes featurette — to Paul Rudd’s exasperated Scott Lang. Or, as Pena describes Lang, “Dr. Phil for ants.”

Ant-Man is out on Blu-ray, DVD, and digital HD Nov. 17.
