Selena Gomez kicked off The Today Show‘s Citi Concert series Monday morning, and performed tracks off Revival, which debuted Friday. Gomez started off her show with the collection’s first single “Good For You” and in the song’s theme of “leav[ing] this dress a mess on the floor,” she ditched her jacket halfway through.

Gomez then went into the second single of the new album, “Same Old Love,” “Come and Get It” from her 2013 album Stars Dance, and “Me and the Rhythm.”

After the performance, Gomez spoke about the album and her lupus diagnosis, which she revealed in last week’s Billboard cover story. “I’m healthy … I shouldn’t eat all the things I do eat. I can’t wait to share my new album with everyone,” she told Matt Lauer.

Later in the studio, she said, “I’ve basically grown up in front of everyone. I had an opportunity with this record to spend my time on it. I got a whole new team, a new label. It was me being a boss, me controlling my whole life. It was incredible.”
