Looks like Shia LaBeouf has run afoul of Austin police.

The actor was arrested Friday night in downtown Austin, Texas, for public intoxication, an Austin Police Department official tells People.

According to the official, LaBeouf was arrested on Sixth Street, which is known for its nightlife, without use of force. Police told People that the Transformers star was drunk and somewhat belligerent and uncooperative.

It’s hardly the first time LaBeouf has had trouble with the law; the actor blamed whiskey for his arrest last year during a performance of Broadway’s Cabaret and pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. In 2008, he was arrested for a DUI, and in 2007 he was arrested for trespassing at a Chicago Walgreens.

The massive Austin City Limits music festival is currently underway in the Texas capital.
