Not happy with his restaurant being called “one of the best and most interesting places to come and eat” by a critic, Adam Jones wants his second attempt at culinary success to leave people wanting more.

“I don’t want my restaurant to be a place where you come and eat.” Adam (Bradley Cooper) declares in a new clip from Burnt obtained by People. “We should be dealing in culinary orgasms.”

In order to do that and earn his new restaurant its third Michelin star, Adam explains tells his sous chef Helene (Sienna Miller), “We can keep on cooking and be interesting, but I want people to sit at that table and be sick with longing.”

Burnt, directed by John Wells, hits theaters Oct. 23.
