The new trailer for Burnt introduces Bradley Cooper as a washed-up chef named Adam Jones, a former prodigy who, after struggling with drug abuse, attempts to stage a culinary comeback. To once again break into the restaurant business and earn his third Michelin star, he recruits some of the best chefs in London — including Helene, played by Sienna Miller.

Omar Sy, Matthew Rhys, Emma Thompson, and Uma Thurman round out the cast. Jamie Dornan was also originally cast, but director John Wells recently told EW that his role was cut for the final film. “In making every film, cuts and adjustments in storylines inevitably occur. In the case of Burnt, Jamie’s role was a small cameo that he was kind enough to do for us and was part of Sienna Miller’s character’s backstory,” Wells said in a statement. “We ultimately decided to focus on Adam Jones’ redemption story.”

Burnt hits theaters on Oct. 23.
