McDreamy has landed in Old Blighty.

Patrick Dempsey, who departed ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy to “try something different,” posted a photo of himself in the U.K. on Wednesday, where he’s gearing up to star in the big-screen sequel Bridget Jones’s Baby.

Having recently boarded the third film in the franchise starring Renee Zellweger and based on the Helen Fielding books, Dempsey wrote in a caption that it’s “Nice to be working in England. Renee and Colin are an absolute joy to work with.”

That’s Colin as in Firth, the English actor who appeared alongside Zellweger in 2001’s Bridget Jones’s Diary and 2004’s Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason as beau Mark Darcy.

Details about Dempsey’s character have yet to be revealed, and he didn’t give much away in the photo, but it sounds like production should be getting underway soon.

A due date for Bridget Jones’s Baby has not been announced.
