John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s rom-com series Ordinary People has arrived at ABC with a put pilot order, EW has confirmed.

As first reported by Deadline, Ordinary People follows the story of an interracial couple with opposite personalities and big-time aspirations. Loosely inspired by Legend and Teigen’s real-life relationship, music will also be incorporated into the show, which shares its name with Legend’s 2004 hit.

Ordinary People will be written by Survivor’s Remorse’s Tracy Oliver, while Black-ish creator Kenya Barris will act as executive producer of the single-camera comedy as well as Get Lifted’s Mike Jackson and Ty Stiklorius along with Principato Young’s Peter Principato, Paul Young, Brian Dobbins, and, of course, Legend and Teigen.
