Jamie Chung will reprise her role as Mulan on the upcoming season of Once Upon a Time, EW has confirmed.

Last seen in season 3, Mulan joined Robin Hood’s Merry Men in the wake of learning that Princess Aurora (Sarah Bolger) was carrying Prince Philip’s (Julian Morris) child.

As first reported by E! Online, details on Mulan’s multi-episode return are being kept under wraps, though executive producer Adam Horowitz dropped a clue on Twitter that Mulan is slated to appear in both halves of the fifth season. (As a side note, Horowitz also teased that the upcoming seventh episode is titled “Nimue,” which translates to “Lady of the Lake,” also the name of an episode Mulan appeared in during season 2.)

As Horowitz and fellow EP Edward Kitsis like to say: There’s always hope — which we’ll take to mean there’s always hope of a reunion between Mulan and Aurora, who currently resides in Storybrooke.

Once Upon a Time returns Sunday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
