Taylor Swift previously expressed her allegiance to Rachel Platten when she had the “Fight Song” singer perform “Fight Song” with her during an earlier stop on the 1989 tour, and Swift did it again Monday when she endorsed Platten’s latest single, “Stand By You.”

“Rach killing it with her second single,” Swift wrote on Instagram. “Check out ‘Stand By You’, I’ve had it on repeat all day.” She also tweeted, “I highly recommend it.”

Earlier this summer, Platten spoke to EW about meeting Swift and said, “She was very sweet and kind and very aware of the song, and we dove right into talking about its meaning and empowerment.”

“Stand By Me,” co-written by Swift collaborator Jack Antonoff and Joy Williams, debuted Friday, and is streaming below.
