Troubled Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards will not face jail time for her drunken outburst at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April. The reality TV personality was sentenced on Monday to a three-year probation after pleading no contest to resisting arrest.

She also must perform 30 days of community labor and attend a year of mandatory Alcoholics Anonymous classes, and she is prohibited from coming within 100 yards of the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to minutes from her sentencing. According to the minutes, Richards was not present in court.

Richards was charged with misdemeanor counts of public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a peace officer in the Beverly Hills Hotel incident in April. The court found her guilty of resisting arrest, and the other two charges were dismissed.

Richards was also arrested this August on charges of shoplifting, for which she is scheduled to appear in court in October.

Richards entered rehab following her arrest this spring, and she will not return for the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She and her sister Kyle, both of whom were child stars, are original cast members of the Beverly Hills incarnation of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise. Richards has battled alcoholism through five seasons of the hit reality series.
