Alexandra Patsavas: Grey's Anatomy music from 11 seasons

As EW celebrates all things Shondaland throughout September, we asked Alexandra Patsavas, Shonda Rhimes’ longtime music supervisor, to take fans through some of the most iconic music moments from Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away with Murder. Ahead, Patsavas looks back on 11 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy.

“This was an extremely difficult list to narrow down and put together,” Patsavas tells EW. “Creator Shonda Rhimes ultimately handpicked over 100 songs per season. I sifted through so many key musical moments — with so many special memories attached to the characters, story lines, songs and artists — but here goes.”
