In addition to performing History of Rap 6″ with old pal Justin Timberlake, Jimmy Fallon spent Wednesday night’s Tonight Show in a heated lip-sync battle with Ellen DeGeneres, while Timberlake took on the role of guest judge.

Before breaking out her lip-synced rendition of of Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money,” DeGeneres wanted to give some context to the song.

“This song is a business transaction … someone loaned someone some cash and either they forgot that they borrowed it or they don’t want to pay it back, at least not it in a timely manner,” DeGeneres said. “This person wants the cash and is aggravated and frustrated.”

DeGeneres also proved you don’t always need something upbeat to make a dent in a lip-sync battle, as the talk show host sat cross-legged and performed Diana Ross’ ballad “Do You Know Where You’re Going To.”
