Tina Fey appeared on Tuesday’s episode of Late Night and told Seth Meyers how a great Dubsmash video is made.

Fey admitted she was underwhelmed by the Instagram lip-sync video of her Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt costars Tituss Burgess and Jane Krakowski lip-syncing to Beyoncé’s “***Flawless.”

Luckily, Fey brought along a video of fellow SNL alum Maya Rudolph doing it right.

“This is how a professional does it … this is such a high quality level of Dubsmash that it’s not even a music one. It’s a dialogue one,” Fey said of Rudolph’s video. “Everyone should be as a good as this or they shouldn’t put it on the internet,” the Kimmy Schmidt co-creator challenged. Check it out below.
