Demi Lovato made a late entrance to 2015’s summer of covers. The 23-year-old put her spin on Hozier’s “Take Me To Church” Wednesday on BBC Radio 1, adding a jazzy feel to the 2015 Grammy Song of the Year nominee.

Hozier shared a link to Lovato’s performance, saying he felt “very flattered” by her “gorgeous cover” of the song. The Irish singer appeared on BBC Radio 1 last week, covering Sam’ Smith’s “Lay Me Down.”

Lovato’s performance comes just over a month before the release of her fifth album Confident, for which she recently revealed the 13-song track list with help from celebrity friends on Twitter. “There are definitely sexy songs,” Lovato told EW. “But the ones that ended up making the album are very soulful.”

Following the album drop, Lovato will appear as Saturday Night Live’s musical guest on Oct. 17’s Tracy Morgan-hosted episode. Until then, enjoy her rendition of “Take Me To Church” here.
