Lady Dynamite: Netflix comedy adds Patton Oswalt, Sarah Silverman as guest stars

Lady Dynamite is packing some starpower into its first season.

Maria Bamford’s Netflix comedy has added Patton Oswalt, Sarah Silverman, Jenny Slate, Jon Cryer, Adam Pally, June Diane Raphael, Tig Notaro, and Ana Gasteyer as guest stars, EW has learned exclusively. In addition, at least one Oscar winner (Mira Sorvino) and two Supermans (Dean Cain and Brandon Routh) are slated to pop up on the surreal show. Inspired by events in the actress/comedian’s life, Lady Dynamite unspools the story of “a woman who loses — and then finds — her s—.”

The show, which is executive produced by Bamford, Arrested Development overlord Mitch Hurwitz, and South Park producer Pam Brady, will debut on the streaming service next year.
